As a second-generation family owned studio, our firm brings together decades of residential design experience across Florida. Rita Sosa-Zahn earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and holds licenses as both an Architect and Interior Designer in the state of Florida (AR98666 / ID6364). She leads our Fort Lauderdale Studio, while her father, licensed Architect and Interior Designer Rolando Sosa, leads the Ocala Studio.
